The Knowledge Management Laboratory (KML) is a sandbox facility for researching, implementing, and evaluating advanced Information Technology (IT). The Lab facilitates collaborations between IT organizations (commercial, government, and academic) and the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) on distributed and intelligent information-management technologies.
